West Central Ohio's strategic position on Interstate 75, and the strong work ethic of this region, make it a perfect location for Tier I and Tier II suppliers to the assembly plants of Ford, General Motors, Chrysler and Honda.
West Central Ohio is also home to many of the largest petrochemical companies in the United States. Marathon Petroleum, BP Chemicals, Premcor Lima Refinery, BOC Gases and Akzo Nobel Chemicals are a large part of our industrial atmosphere.
West Central Ohio is also known for the manufacture of many things in addition to automotive and petrochemical products. In fact, every football ever used in an NFL Super bowl game was made right there in Ohio's heartland.
